Areas surrounding the house

The front and rear of the house should be clear of rubbish, including litter and anything else gathered during your tenancy.

Carpets

All carpets should be vacuumed and cleaned up to the edges of the room.

Floors

All floors should have been swept and mopped up to the edges of appliances and fittings in the kitchen and bathroom.

Skirting

All skirtings should have been wiped clean throughout the house.

Lampshades

Where lampshades have been provided, they should remain and be dust free.

Windows

All windows and window sills should be left clean condensation free.

Walls.

We will check all walls in the house to make sure there is no blu tack, tacks, sellotape or posters etc.

Doors

Please make sure that all doors have had blu tack, tacks and posters etc removed.
